I recently visited sketch around two weekends ago for my best friends birthday. I wanted to do something that was up her alley, and being Indian, tea definitely is right up her street! Although I'm not a big tea drinker myself, I am all for cute decor and tasty treats, and as none of my friends had been here before it was time to pop their Sketch cherries!

The place was/is/and will always remain my favourite in London. This is how i envision my future home, and my Hubby will have to get used to the plush pink decor haha! When we got there all the ladies were dressed in super cute shift dresses, that were very 60's inspired. I loved how everyone wore the same thing because it added to the aesthetics of the building. I also really loved how the waitresses came and filled your cups of tea anytime it was less than full! Details like that really do make a place that much better then the rest. The toilets. I have never been to a place where my excitement is to visit the public toilets! But they were out of this world. Literally. I loved the GAGA-esque pods used to hide away the toilets because it felt modern and something more restaurants should think about. I loved how a room that is often neglected aesthetically, had its own bragging rights.

I was so gutted that i had left my memory card in my laptop that day, so couldn't vlog the experience like i had planned. But I guess it gives me another excuse to go down there right?

The day was lovely, and i spent it with my girlies which is what every Sunday should be about. I would definitely recommend a trip down there. The food was really tasty. I couldn't eat a lot of the cakes but had a lot of the sandwiches because they were so nice! My personal favourite was the egg sandwich with the mini quail egg on top-Cute and yummy-the best combo ever!!! Honestly don't just take my word for it. Go and see for yourself and you will not be disappointed :)

Until next time xo
