Hey girl hey! So lately I have been OBSESSED with gingham. The trend is everywhere but I feel like I'm re-living my youth with the cute check printed clothing out at the moment. I live in flats and you will rarely catch me out and about in heels, I'm not naturally a heel girl (think penguins on ice) but these EGO shoes are to die for...I am all about the classic court shape with a fun and edgy twist with the perspex details. This dress I picked up from PrettyLittleThing. That day was so hot I'm surprised my face hadn't melted off by the time I took these photos! I love shooting around Oxford Street, the buildings are the perfect backdrop, and funnily enough I ended up shooting on the road I used to work when I worked at a Graphic Design company!

Can we take a minute to appreciate this beauty pf a sweatshirt from Missguided??? I recently popped into the store over the Easter period, where they had a 30% promotion. So i decided it was only right to pick this and a few other stunners while there. I love the colour of this top. But ruffles make a basic sweat into a very dressy 'look at me' piece! I got the top in a size 6 and its still quite oversized. But I like that it is cropped so it won't swamp me. I've added a link at the bottom if you want to buy it. Hi guys! So this week I have traveled to Turkey to soak up some Middle Eastern sun. I wanted sun and culture and so far Marmaris is not disappointing me! The streets are so colourful, full of history and culture and the people are so friendly and hospitable. Yesterday we ventured to Marmaris Marina to see the boats and do a spot of shopping. The area around the marina is bustling. It has a lot to do and see. Numerous restaurants and shisha cafes. If you want to shop there are a few bag and shoe shops. Handmade ornaments are on every corner and very striking, they represent the authentic taste and style in Marmaris. The talent is pretty immense out here in Turkey and people are pretty creative with how they make things. There's anything from colourful ceramic cats to handmade leather face masks. A Sunday well spent brings a week of content...Well that is what they say, but I am already dreaming of the next weekend! But on a happier note, I visited a place called 4 Quarters in Hackney Wick with the bf and his friends. It was pretty cool and a very casual vibe. But was very like the american arcades from the early 90's.I was grateful to learn of it, not naturally a gamer myself, its cool to hang out with people who do different things. So I decided to return on a Sunday for some outfit pictures and the space did not disappoint! If you're also in Hackney Wick you should try out 'Temple of Seitan'-a vegan fried chicken joint...Vegan fried chicken? It shouldn't work...but it totally does! If you try it out let me know how you get on.

Hey pretty people! So over the last weekend I met up with a pretty awesome photographer Jodine (Instagram @shot_by_jo) and we went to God's own junkyard. We got there and were told we couldn't take any pictures there?! We were not impressed let me tell you. So it kind of ruined the whole experience for us. But there were lots of cool places around the area and we took advantage of it and got some pretty cool shots!

Other than that my week has been pretty uneventful-I've been so busy with my gorgeous little nieces arrival! And I think smitten is an understatement :) so while all my spare time gets filled with her I'll try to find some time to blog too ;)

Happy February guys! Where the eff has Jan gone? Like it came and went quicker than I could write 2017. But I'm going off topic. Okay. So before we get started with this DIY, I want us all to take a minute to truly appreciate the loafers from Gucci. I love the look of them, they are so nice, I die. But that £600 price tag, and the idea of using kangaroo fur on the insoles was a big no no for me. I don't want to get all PETA on my blog but I wanted an option that was vegan friendly but still bomb as hell! So I looked around online and saw many dupes, like lots. The high street takes little time to bring out affordable dupes of high end products. But I also hate walking around and seeing a million other people wearing the same thing as me :( So that is why i like to DIY everything myself. A bit of creative individuality. This project took me less than 20 minutes. And it was so easy - your cat could do it! Okay maybe not, but maybe a toddler?
Okay so lets gets started.

The supplies here are super easy to get a hold of. You will need: Loafers (I got mine from Primark-£6) Any colour fur, I chose black. Any Purpose Glue - E6000 but I used Bostik All Purpose and it worked fab!

Trace a template of your shoe on some paper and cutout. Use this to cut out two pieces of fur.

Next all you have to do is stick these onto the shoe and you are done!

I used some fur to add to the top of my loafers too because I am extra AF! But i loved how they turned out! Now all that is left is to wear them out and be the envy of all your most fashionable friends :)

Hey Loves. Happy New year-I hope this year is starting off well for you all! I didn't think 2016 was bad at all, as I had an amazing year, but as hideous as the events of 2016 were for the rest of the world, I'm hoping that 2017 is so so so much better!!! Firstly, thanks for coming back to my blog if you've been here before, and if you're new here, then welcome to the family! I'm super excited to venture back into the blogging world. I think I was going through a block in creativity, Especially as I didn't know if I wanted to pursue blogging as a more serious thing. But after a year off and kind of coming back to it here and there, I think I'm ready to be more committed to my blog and see where I can push it to. I'm not going to say the cliche 'NEW YEAR, NEW ME' (How annoying is that?) But I do have a new outlook on things. I want to make this page my very own visual diary. So when I'm old and crusty and have no teeth left I can log online and see how i used to be. HAHA Well to start the year right I created a new blog post in honour of my newest and first video of 2017! (I still can't believe it 2017, like wth?!?) But i hope you enjoy the video! And as sad as it sounds to all those in love i actually look forward to the slob fest that is my Valentine's day #FOREVERALONE !!
